Why Indian map been reduced gradually?

Before we dive into the more information of Indian map, I think you should have more knowledge of geographical changes and demographic changes.
Let’s dive into the history of India and be well aware of why map of India political with states is reduced so much to this only.
As our ancestors said that India is a 200 crores years old country.
At that time, India had all the lands and India was the only country who ruled the world.
Only one language existed which is Sanskrit. At that time, in the whole world Sanskrit was the only language of contact.
After that, Foreign invaders had destroyed and burned off our glorious history.

Let me mention some history events:

As it is said that, 2600 years ago, Iran had attacked Indian Lands but had not succeeded to grab the land.
After that, 2300 years long ago, Sikender from Greece had attacked India and had tried to rule India but he had lost the war.
Later, after some years, a Sikender’s commander named Seleucus had attacked India. He had also lost the war and gone back.
Before the rise of Islam, there were so many foreign invaders came and went back but after that Islam had risen and started to destroyed Europe, Asia and Africa.
Then, the story had begun of reduction and alteration of Indian political map.
Due to lack of unity among the kings and people of India at that time, Islam invaders had divided the native people of India.
Then Islam invaders had begun to rule and grabbed the land from India and state of India political map had started alter and renamed the each and every geographical area.
Simultaneously, they had also forced the native people of India to convert into Islam. That also caused demographical change also.
Gradually India had lost so much area of land and Indian political map started to change demographically and geographically:

I tried hart to get this map as it is not available very easy everywhere.

As you can see below is the image of old age detailed map of India with all states and all capitals at that time.

First India had lost Afghanistan in 1876, so map of India had changed for the first time.
Secondly, Nepal had been disunited from India in 1904. Again there was a change of India maps.
Thirdly, Bhutan had been disunited in 1906 which caused alteration of India maps again.
Fourthly, Tibet, Sri Lanka and Burma had been detached from India respectively in 1914, 1935 and 1937 and again history had been altered and maps of India had been altered.
Lastly and finally, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Maldives had been parted in 1947.
As written above, India had suffered a loss of so much area of land successively and this causes alteration of Indian political map.

Below is the table shows how India map with names of states(India ka map) has lost so much areas during the rule of Islam and English people. Country Year Loss of Area
    1 Afghanistan 1876 6.34 lakhs square kilometers
    2 Nepal 1904 1.29 lakhs square kilometers
    3 Bhutan 1906 46000 k square kilometers
    4 Tibet 1914 12.50 lakhs square kilometers
    5 Sri Lanka 1935 65000 k square kilometers
    6 Burma 1937 6.77 Lakhs square kilometers

Finally, I have tried very hard to serve you with good information ranging from history of India, Struggle of India, geographical and demographical changes and factors responsible for the reduction of India political map.

Furthermore, We hope in the future India will remain the same. To keep India our country united, it is must to learn and understand the history of the geography and demography of our beloved country.

Thereby, we also keep trying to teach our next generation about India, for that the first step towards it is that we must have India’s wall map at least at home. So that we can teach them and introduce our country’s friends and foes.

Eventually, I hope India will remain united and no more reduction of Indian map with names of states geographically or demographically.

Hopefully, we as Indian wish that we do not want to see new political map of India with one more partition.
